This is for insurance reasons and safety.
$ 575.19/10hr (Union Scale)
Craft Service assistant will be needed on ALL jobs when using the truck. The new union rule is 54 crew members or more will require an additional crafty. This allows me to focus on taking care of YOU!
$400/day (Excluding prep days)
The crafty truck will need a COI for duration of the job. Covered from pickup to the drop off.
My commercial insurance policy requires that this contract with production be signed and returned prior to the start of the job. RENTAL AGREEMENT
